Here you’ll find a rolling list of known closures along the Walking City Trails, which will be removed from the list when the affected trail sections are reopened. Detours for these closures are added to all of the Google Maps of the Walking City Trails, and removed once the impacted areas have reopened.

WALKING CITY TRAIL
- 2/5/25: Temporary closure of the White Stadium perimeter, on Section 2 of the WCT
- 6/28/25: Temporary closure of the Edgewater Greenway, on Section 1 of the Walking City Trail

CITY ON THE HILLS TRAIL
-2/4/26: Temporary closure of Ringer Park, on Section 3 of the CHT

BOSTON BOUNDLESS TRAIL
- 5/30/26: Temporary closure of a short segment of the Quarry Trail, on Section 3 of the BBT
- 6/2/26: Temporary closure of a short segment of the Neponset River Greenway, on Section 2 of the BBT
